DC 20/ We were wandering the halls of the Library of Congress, and we ended up down a hallway that we later found out was staff-only. It was definitely a quieter part of the building, and this would have been a perfect spot to sit and rest for awhile after being immersed in the hustle-and-bustle of the rest of D.C.
